If you’re unhappy with your watch or watch straps, you have up to 14 days from the date of ordering to return them to us, unworn, for a full refund or exchange.

You have up to 14 days from the receipt of your items to return them for a full refund or exchange. Please note that a refund can only be given if your items are returned unworn in the original packaging.

All of our watches come with a two-year warranty effective from the date of shipping. This warranty does not cover any damage caused to the watch through neglect, accidental damage, carelessness, improper use, or non-compliance with the instructions provided by Mixabl Watches.
